A former judge at the Tax and Fees Court of the State of São Paulo (TIT), Ruy brings solid expertise in strategic tax litigation and fiscal consultancy for both domestic and international clients. His academic background includes a law degree from PUC-SP, an accounting degree from Fipecafi, a postgraduate degree in Tax Law from PUC-SP, and another in Corporate Operations Management and Tax Planning from the Brazilian Taxation Faculty. Ruy is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Tax Law at IBDT and holds an MBA in Tax Management from Fipecafi.
